Michelle manages the administration and financial aspects of Lawson Risk Management Services. She is responsible for the day to day operations within the Lawson Risk Office, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Michelle also applies her diligent and administrative skills to workers compensation management and supports both the Injury Management team in an administration role as well as the OHS department. She is responsible for providing monthly workers compensation reports and maintaining the administration standard required for workers compensation files. She is also responsible for maintaining the standard and accuracy of the workers compensation claims data.
